14 Weeks
if I had to describe Mohs in 5 words or less, 1 of those words would be "tolerant." (as an aside, he did not get this trait from Mommy.) he is so unbelievably good-natured. this is true when it comes to P, who has always been interested in taking things from Mohs, but now has demanded that he have a "turn" holding the baby, feeding the baby, putting diapers on the baby, etc. instead of snatching his binkie and running away, he now finds it and smashes it mercilessly into Mohs' face whether he wants it or not.
such a sweet, happy addition to our family.

13 Weeks
Mohs has always been a stretcher, but he's taking it to the extreme. here he is "relaxing" in his swing.
sometimes he bends back really far like that and gets upset, like he forgets how to lean forward, and i have to fold him back over the right way. the way he arches, he'll be rolling over in no time. for P, this was a big deal, as we suddenly had to worry about him rolling off the couch. Mohs has never been safe on the couch with Panzer prowling around though...
I read somewhere that babies can develop colic anytime before they're 4 or 5 months old, so I know that things could get ugly at any moment. BUT Mohs is still a smiler and a giggler :) I'll be happy if I never have to stop reporting that.

12 Weeks
life is exciting when you're 12 weeks old and your whole purpose is to digest and grow!
Mohs has always been able to reach his hands above his head (which is unusual as babies have disproportionately large heads) but I didn't realize how long his arms really were until I put him in long sleeves and noticed he has three inches of wrist showing! I know there are people out there with average-sized children, but I'm not personally aquainted with any of them. Mohs is apparently destined to be long and luxurious, just like his momma.
and I never dreamed I'd have a blue-eyed baby, but these are getting hard to resist.
